Powerwin provides fast, reliable window regulator and/or motor solutions by offering reconditioned units through a simple exchange system. We offer a Rebuild option — where we refurbish, improve and return your original unit. Or an Exchange option — we provide you with an on the shelf, ready to go unit, to exchange for your broken unit. Be sure to contact us first to confirm which option we can organise for you.

Terms and Conditions

  • There are no dangerous / flammable goods in the parcel to be picked up and delivered to Powerwin Automotive.
  • This service is at a reduced cost of freight ($25.00) for core returns and at cost ($30.00) for Rebuild items below .020m³.
  • Any Core returns must be repacked in the original Powerwin packaging.
  • You have access to an email and printer to print off the consignment labels sent to you regarding the consignment.
Additional Charges

You will be charged $25.00 for a core return if it was not purchased at the time of purchasing your Powerwin reconditioned unit. Items above .020m³ will be charged at cost, ranging between $30 - $55.00. Pick up of rebuild items will be via Road delivery, unless otherwise requested (via the additional information section). You will be liable for the manual consignment fee ($15.00) if a label is not printed and attached to the box and the courier charges a manual consignment.
