Remove your Broken Unit and Refit our Reconditioned One
Once you receive our Reconditioned Unit, remove your broken one and refit ours. Then pack your broken unit into our box and send it back to us. See below for details on how to organise return.
Return the Broken (CORE) unit to us and receive a refund
Some high demand units require a CORE deposit. This deposit encourages the return of broken units so we can continue repairing and supplying them. Once we receive your complete broken unit, we’ll refund your deposit. Please ensure all components are included, as missing parts may reduce your refund.
We Fix Yours if Needed
If we don’t have your specific window regulator on the shelf, just send us your broken unit. We’ll repair it, replace any faulty components, and often upgrade it with our own improved parts to make it more durable than the original.
Organising returns
To make things easy, fill out the booking form on our website. Our team will arrange everything, send you a return label, and organise a courier pickup. For residential addresses, you may need to drop it off at the post office.
Freight Costs
Return freight is covered by the buyer, which means there’ll be two freight charges on your invoice. One for sending the reconditioned part to you, and one for returning your broken unit. We factor these costs into our pricing, so even with freight included our parts remain far more cost effective than genuine OEM parts whilst still retaining the quality. This system also allows us to recycle quickly, reduce waste, and keep prices low.
