POWERWIN AUTOMOTIVE CONDITIONS OF TRADING:

EXCHANGE UNITS

All window regulators, motors, switches, door actuators, and steering columns are sold strictly on an exchange basis. In Order to continue to provide our customers with the best prices and stock availability we require our Exchange Unit’s to be returned to us as soon as practically possible. Failure to return Exchange Units within 14 days from the date of the invoice without prior arrangement may result in a Non-Exchange Fee being charged to your next invoice (Refer to Schedule of Fees). Exchange delivery can be purchased at the time of sale for $10.00 including postage and surcharges. Core units must be repacked and sent back in the original packaging. 12 MONTHS PRODUCTS WARRANTY

We provide 12 Months replacement warranty on all Products. Liability is limited to the replacement of Parts and Products found defective within 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty Claims will not be honoured where the Part or Product is found faulty due to misuse or excessive wear and tear due to incorrect fitting. If a part cannot be replaced the faulty part will be repaired or a full refund provided.

24 MONTHS PARTS & LABOUR WARRANTY

When our parts are fitted by our experienced staff we extend the warranty to cover parts and labour for 24 months.

WARRANTY MATCH

We'll match any warranty period on identical parts or service upon providing proof.

FREIGHT

Our prices do not include freight or delivery. Freight/delivery charges will be added to invoices and payable by the customer. HIGH DEMAND items may attract a Return Delivery Fee for the return of Exchange Units.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase (at senders cost) if the product has not been opened and fitted. Opened products may attract a repackaging fee of $20.00. Powerwin reserves the right to refuse returns on items without Powerwin Warranty Labels

All paid orders will be dispatched within 48 business hours using StarTrack Couriers or Australia Post unless advised pick up at check out.

Premium Postage — Australia Wide
Premium delivery service via Star Track Express. For all PO Boxes, we deliver via Australia Express Post. Prices include GST, fuel, and security surcharge. Additional charges apply if more than 1 delivery attempt is made or if delivering to a postal address. Please authorise us to leave parcel at doorstep to prevent additional charges.
Please note delivery to Northern Territory (NT) incurs a Long Haul surcharge which prevents us from providing premium delivery to NT.
